Administrative Assistant

Cognitia Healthcare Technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage digital databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, ensuring financial records are accurate and complete.
