Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alacrity Transport Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
