Job Summary:
The **Director of Corporate Sales (Western Region)** will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales strategy and operations in the Western region of Canada. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with extensive experience in corporate sales, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy for the Western region that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Innivec's corporate client base in the Western region.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies tailored to the Western region.
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the corporate sales team in the Western region, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats specific to the Western region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Operations and Reporting: Oversee the development and execution of sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the Western region.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management, preferably in the Western region.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Western region to meet with clients and support sales activities.
