About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Manager to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our commercial PC portfolio, you will be responsible for delivering innovative AI software solutions that enhance the productivity, security, and performance of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define AI Software Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive AI software roadmap for commercial PCs, aligning with customer requirements and market trends.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of software products and AI user experiences for client devices, ensuring seamless integration with commercial PC hardware.
  • ISV Engagements: Drive partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to identify and expand commercial Think AI capabilities for AI PCs.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, business development, or consulting roles within the technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Advanced Degree: Preferred but not required.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of PC hardware, software, or AI technologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization.
