Senior North American PC Sales Director

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated Senior North American PC Sales Director to join its rapidly growing business. This leader will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy and sales business North Americanly for Lenovo's PC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a clean-sheet simplified PC sales playbook from OI to quote to order.
- Lead the development of a high-performance team, attract, develop, organize, and retain top talent to achieve strategic growth.
- Understand and meet customer needs while balancing business objectives and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Align the goals of the organization around its vision and strategy while maintaining awareness of ever-changing business conditions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in NA with particular focus on PC, Workstation, and Smart Solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of evolving the organizational design to accommodate rapid North American growth.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $220,000-$250,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
