Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $149,000 and $196,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves leading business development initiatives, working with municipalities, and implementing strategic growth plans. You will be responsible for providing thought leadership, regulatory oversight, and mentorship to our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve regional objectives.
  • Collaborate with other CIMA+ sectors to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team.
  • Champion safety, quality, and ESG initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in transportation engineering in BC.
  • Professional Engineer registration or eligibility in British Columbia.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
