Home Building Project Manager

NBS STEEL FRAMING & DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled Home Building Contractor to oversee the construction and renovation of residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the trade and a strong ability to manage budgets and supervise staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Plan and manage budgets for home construction and renovation projects
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Develop and implement business plans for the company
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
  • Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
  • Ensure that construction permits are obtained
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
