As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and conformity of our home building projects. Your duties will include inspecting subcontractors' work, planning and managing budgets, and performing various trade work during home construction or renovation activities.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers, as well as developing and implementing business plans. You will work closely with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure that our projects meet their needs and specifications.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. If you have a passion for home building and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect subcontractors' work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities

  • Work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in home building or a related field
  • Permanent employment
