About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Plaza Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business and increase customer retention.
  • Financial Management
    • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
    • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
    • Analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week
