About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that our store remains competitive and appealing to our target market.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies that align with our store's goals and objectives.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains well-stocked and competitive.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the financial success of our store.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff members, and ensure that our store has the necessary personnel to meet customer demands.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring that our store remains efficient and effective.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
