  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Implement and manage price and credit policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality and pricing standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, increase sales, and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with our business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Liquor and wine store.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
