Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at UPS Store 47. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office moves.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members, including diversity and cross-cultural training, awareness training, and cultural competency training.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
