Restaurant Supervisor

Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Establishing Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Requisitioning Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
- Supervising and Co-ordinating Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
- Training Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Ensure our team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their roles safely and effectively.
- Estimating Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and manage inventory to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
- Ensuring Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Preparing Budget and Cost Estimates: Analyze and manage kitchen expenses to ensure profitability.
- Addressing Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintaining Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately record and analyze kitchen performance data to inform decision-making.
- Preparing and Submitting Reports: Present regular reports to management on kitchen performance and areas for improvement.
- Establishing Work Schedules: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
