Food Service Supervisor

Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Restaurant environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Gratuities and permanent employment.
