Food Service Supervisor

Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to provide excellent service.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train our kitchen and dining staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, estimate ingredient and supply costs, and maintain accurate records of sales and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language
