Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team at Kinectrics. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage inventory, track payments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operations team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional specialized courses an asset.
  • Up to three years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
