The Cyber Security Solutions Leader will be a senior member of our Solutions Engineering team. We are currently expanding our technical team to accommodate a rapidly growing customer base and accelerating revenue. This role is a dynamic and varied customer-focused technical position that requires leadership and technical expertise.

This person will provide strategic direction to the technical go-to-market team in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Sales leadership to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor AE/SE relationships to handle discovery and customer outcome-based qualification.
  • Inspect and qualify Proof of Value (POV) criteria to ensure timely completion and delivery of value frameworks to customers.
  • Align product knowledge and capabilities with sales and technical sales members, ensuring industry knowledge around competitors, network and endpoint security, email security, services, and managed services.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring responsiveness, ownership, and creativity while coaching individual contributors.
  • Hire, develop, inspire, and retain a team.
  • Interview and provide sales feedback and coaching for AE counterparts when applicable.
  • Align directly with sales leadership to understand and drive impact of sales revenue through forecasting and deal inspection.
  • Serve as a customer contact in pre- and post-sales activities, including large deal sponsorship, account team mentoring, and support escalation management when necessary.
  • Present as a technical leader in engagements and support marketing events/functions, executive dinners, conferences, and roadshows accordingly.
  • Develop relationships within local and Channel Partner (VAR) technical community and manage SE team in coordination with Channel Solutions Engineering.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing or being a team lead for a regional pre-sales sales engineering team for a software organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solutions engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking.
  • Experience within the cyber security industry preferred.
  • Confident, polished communicator with a proven ability to build lasting, critical business relationships.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
