About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our executive team to drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, and provide critical support to our growth strategy. Your expertise will be essential in launching new initiatives, hiring top talent, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, product roadmaps, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Design and optimize new products, services, and processes to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage special projects, including revenue cohort analysis, user acquisition metrics, and customer loyalty program development.
  • Provide critical support to fundraising and investor conversations, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
  • Take on ambiguous problems, research options, and generate recommendations for the best path forward.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing, or business operations at a startup.
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and lead multiple concurrent projects to success, using data to track progress.
  • Action-oriented with an excellent work ethic and initiative.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience using planning and analytics tools.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
