Bree is a financial technology company revolutionizing the way Canadians access financial services. We're seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, Canada.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to work closely with our executive team, driving strategic initiatives and operational planning. As Chief of Staff, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with the executive team on key projects, including product development and customer acquisition.
  • Providing input on strategic decisions to accelerate our growth strategy and product roadmap.
  • Designing and optimizing new products, applying a financial lens to resource allocation.
  • Managing special projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and coordinated delivery.
  • Executing in-depth analyses, including revenue cohort level analysis and user acquisition metrics.

Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
  • Low ego, extremely intelligent, quick to learn, and willing to roll up their sleeves.
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing, or business operations at a startup.
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and lead multiple concurrent projects to success.
  • Action-oriented with an excellent work ethic and initiative.
  • Experience with planning and analytics tools, as well as SQL, is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
