Job Title: Chief of Staff Onsite

We are seeking a high-performance, cross-functional professional to serve as the CEO's right-hand person and representative across the organization. As a Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of functions, including leading special projects, partnership and vendor negotiations, and identifying and executing strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the CEO's right-hand person and representative across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, negotiate deals, provide strategic insights, and take ownership of problems that don't fit anywhere else.
  • Investigate market trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and advisors.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of exceptional experience in startups, tech, venture capital, consulting, and/or finance.
  • Strong quantitative and written communication skills.
  • Experience at a high-growth startup from seed or Series A to Series C or D funding rounds.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
