Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent
  • Recent phlebotomy and ECG experience within the last 2 years
  • Ability to lift to 10lbs on a frequent basis
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client services and public relations
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to recognize and assist patients in distress
  • Flexibility to meet operational requirements
  • Proficiency in data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a mobile collection's environment
  • Working knowledge of Connect Care and MCIS
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Leadership, customer service, or change management courses
