Civil Engineering Technologist

At Tetra Tech, we are collaborating with industry-leading experts to deliver innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Our Geotechnical and Materials Engineering team is seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Technologist to join our Lethbridge, AB location. This contract position will involve working on transportation infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects in both field and laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing field and laboratory testing of soil, aggregates, and asphalt concrete.
- Preparing Proctors and Marshall molds, asphalt cement content, sand equivalents, Atterberg limits, and moisture content.
- Assisting in providing quality control and quality assurance on laboratory and field testing projects.
- Preparing field and testing reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in civil engineering technology program(s).
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and current drivers abstract.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
