Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at KUYA\u0027S AUTO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
