About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Professional to join our sales team in Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of sales opportunities with enterprise clients within their territory.



Job Description


The successful candidate will serve as a member of KPI's sales team, executing outbound calls and hunting to determine interest in KPI Digital's services and software offerings. Key responsibilities include:



  • Serving as a resource to prospects, defining and qualifying high-level solutions and opportunities
  • Moving prospects through the sales cycle from initial research to close
  • Tracking activity, sales progress, and opportunity details in our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Infiltrating accounts within multiple lines of business at the senior executive level
  • Taking advantage of training and education opportunities, including IBM courses


Requirements and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • 5-8 years of experience in out-bound sales within the marketing and/or software technology space, preferably at the enterprise level
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or another relevant field
  • Ability to communicate ideas persuasively to external and internal stakeholders at the senior/executive level
  • Working knowledge of IBM Business Analytics Suite or other enterprise-level sales within data analytics software
  • Enterprise Account experience preferred
  • Fluency in English


What We Offer


KPI Digital offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission. Additionally, we provide benefits, including:
