Job Title: Indigenous Connections and Culture Analyst

This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics of the Indigenous Cultural Understanding Framework (ICUF), ensuring timely delivery of cultural understanding deliverables, and providing support to cultural training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for cultural understanding workshops and training, ensuring timely delivery of cultural understanding deliverables.
  • Provide support to cultural training, including reviewing proposals and assisting with project planning activities.
  • Monitor and report on the status of cultural understanding training, including timelines, cost, and issues.
  • Oversee logistics for ICUF training and ad hoc events, ensuring registration lists are up to date and information and meeting materials are provided to participants.
  • Provide information, analysis, and advice to support the planning and development of advanced education policies and programs.
  • Transfer data from an excel spreadsheet to the Learning Environment database to ensure data consistency and efficiency.
  • Analyze and evaluate data and other information on advanced education issues, developing recommendations and identifying alternate courses of action.
  • Prepare action requests and briefing notes in response to DM/ADM requests.
  • Support engagement logistics for Indigenous Connections and Community Engagement as required.
  • Modernize data storage for ICC, transferring data from M drive to SharePoint for remote accessibility.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and a commitment to advancing Indigenous connections and cultural understanding.
