Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Implementation/Project managers. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and milestones, maintaining accurate records in SAP.
  • Provide budget support by ensuring project requirements are updated in SAP.
  • Release material orders and work with the supply chain to secure materials and coordinate delivery.
  • Coordinate with resource managers to secure technicians for installation, testing, and turn-up of equipment and facilities.
  • Facilitate resolution of project roadblocks and issues.
  • Confirm receipt of goods and services, performing goods receipt in SAP as necessary.
  • Assist in tracking project financials for consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain an internal filing system for project documentation.
  • Close out activities and networks upon project completion.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge/experience with SAP, particularly in the PS module.
  • Previous experience coordinating technical projects is considered an asset.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work effectively and take action on urgent items.
  • Willingness to continue learning new skills, adapt to change, and contribute ideas for improvements.
