Job Title: Supervisor, Client Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Client Services to join our team at LifeLabs in GTA, ON. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our employees, ensuring excellent client service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure excellent client service and high-quality work.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage employee relations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
