Job Title: Supervisor, Client Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Client Services to join our team in GTA, ON. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of client services professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of client services professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in a client services or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.

At LifeLabs, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,500 - $83,500, depending on experience.
