Job Title: Supervisor, Delivery Drivers

GTA couriers Inc is seeking a skilled Supervisor, Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages
  • Monitor and improve work methods to increase productivity and product quality
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to drivers
  • Train or arrange for training of drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure seamless delivery operations
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and recommend personnel actions as needed
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Working Conditions:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication
Work Schedule:
  • 30 to 35 hours per week
