Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Client Services to join our team in GTA, ON. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our client services, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of client services, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all client interactions are positive and professional.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 3–5 years leadership experience managing a team and function.
  • Phlebotomy skills, Home Care and/or Data Sort experience.
  • Understanding of PSC functions, administrative skills.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and skill sets.
  • Must have a strong understanding of the importance in meeting Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and understands requirements for QRA and EHS compliance.
  • Must demonstrate strong communication skills and good punctuality.
