The Bullwheel, Fourth Ace is seeking a highly skilled Sous-chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
* Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff
* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
* Willingness to relocate
* Relocation costs covered by employer

Work Setting:

* Restaurant
* Bar
