CB Canada is seeking a skilled Support Engineer I to provide top-notch technical support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our clients to ensure their IT needs are met. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software applications
* Collaborating with clients to understand their technical needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 1+ years of technical experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
