Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 CAD plus bonus and commissions

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our revenue generation strategy in the Enterprise markets, driving growth and success for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute successful sales and prospecting activities to achieve quotas and drive revenue growth
  • Communicate the value of our solutions and services to senior stakeholders within the enterprise markets across various industries
  • Manage pipeline development by planning, forecasting, pricing, negotiating deals reliably and consistently
  • Conduct research to align value propositions with customer business objectives
  • Demonstrate our product to prospects with confidence and ease using various web conferencing and tech tools
  • Generate revenue through closing new business or working with our customer success team on upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and qualifying activities
  • Strategize with internal teams to increase growth in assigned accounts
  • Partner with Onboarding & Implementations and Customer Success teams to provide seamless experiences to customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in direct, full-cycle B2B sales in a SAAS company
  • Proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets and quotas in the North American Enterprise space or in complex product/services with longer sales cycles or senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and pipelines, with a successful track record
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques and methods
  • Experience in selling legal compliance would be a huge asset
  • Comfortable using and explaining social media tools
  • Confidence, skills, and patience necessary to sell to C-Level executives in Fortune 50 and 500 companies
  • Able to work 40 hours a week and authorized to work in Canada
