Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is a key leadership role at Herc Rentals, responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence in our branches. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the management and direction of the branch, ensuring a positive impact on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and branch revenue.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in outside sales and 3 years of managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Valid class 5 driver's license.
- Base salary range $105-125K plus quarterly profit share.
- Company truck with gas card and expense card.
