Job Summary

The Branch Manager is a key leadership role at Herc Rentals, responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence in our construction equipment rental branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and branch revenue
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage branch operations, including fleet management and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in outside sales and 3 years of managerial experience in the construction or equipment rental industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue generation
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
