About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our plumbing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service professionals, and management to synchronize activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure efficient use of resources and effective management of customer requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with company processes and procedures, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
