About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service professionals, and management to synchronize activities and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback, using it to improve our service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, applying them to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, service professionals, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in software applications and technology used in the role.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
