The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative practice with a team of healthcare professionals, providing comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and same-day access to services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
- Utilize our electronic medical record system to record patient information and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
- Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Membership with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
