Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also train other workers, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.

  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
