Mental Health Therapist – Woodland Wellness Centre

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the Woodland Wellness Centre in La Ronge, SK.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide therapy services to clients, including individual, family, and group sessions. They will also assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Assess client strengths, deficits, and difficulties
- Develop and implement life skills and workshops/presentations on mental health topics
- Participate in community development projects
- Provide crisis intervention services and emergency shelter referral services
- Implement and organize the delivery of specific services within the community
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
- 1-2 years' experience working in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Ability to counsel children, youth, and adults
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Required Professional Registration with a Regulatory Body
- Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset
- Ability to speak/understand Cree is an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own a reliable vehicle
