Job Title: Telecommunications General Manager

At CANADA LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our telecommunications department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve departmental objectives and goals.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Work Environment:

As a Telecommunications General Manager at CANADA LTD., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail, while also being organized and efficient in your work.
