Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications General Manager to lead our telecommunications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Willing to relocate.
- Relocation costs not covered by employer.
The Telecommunications General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
What We Offer- Permanent position.
