Job Title: Telecommunications General Manager

CANADA LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications General Manager to lead our telecommunications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
Work Environment:

The Telecommunications General Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
