Senior Global Alliances and Licensing Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Alliances and Licensing Reporting Specialist to join our team at 9605 GSK Services Sp z o.o. in a key role that will drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage a portfolio of license agreements, develop coverage abilities for royalty agreements, and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Financial Management: Prepare analysis and journals for monthly royalty accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, commentary, and Sarbanes Oxley control responsibilities.
- Portfolio Management: Manage the Vaccines license portfolio, calculate royalty payments, and trigger and monitor the royalty payment process.
- Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance of financial reporting to third parties with respective license agreements and internal compliance with applicable Sarbanes Oxley controls.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare feedback for internal and external audit, forecasting and budgeting, including annual Budget royalty rates, royalty income, and royalty expense.
- Relationship Management: Develop business partnerships, drive process improvements, and report standardization.
- Education: Finance/Accounting degree.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Skills: Understanding of accounting concepts, including accruals and provisions, awareness of IFRS, and experience of working in a corporate environment.
- Language: Fluent English (minimum C1).
