Senior Financial Reporting Specialist in the Global Alliances & Licensing Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage license agreements and develop coverage abilities for royalty agreements
- Ensure finance-related implications of license agreements are managed according to contracts
- Prepare analysis and journals for monthly royalty accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage the Vaccines license portfolio
- Calculate royalty payments and monitor the payment process
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and internal controls
- Prepare feedback for audits
- Forecast and budget for royalty rates and expenses
- Develop business partnerships and drive process improvements
Requirements:
- Finance/Accounting degree
- Minimum 4 years of finance and accounting experience
- Understanding of accounting concepts and IFRS
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
Preferred Skills:
- SAP experience beneficial - FI Module
