Cementing Operations Specialist

Magnum Cementing Services is seeking a skilled Cementing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our cementing equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and supporting our operational business.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain cementing equipment, including pumps and mixers, to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating equipment and inspecting components, to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Support our operational business by assisting with job preparations, incident reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service and support.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physically capable of moving and lifting heavy objects, bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and in congested or confined areas.
- Able to be on call 24 hours on a rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times.
- Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.
- Minimum 1 year driving experience.
- Interest in getting a Class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) license and progressing in field operations.
- Experience in oil and gas field operations, including rig in and rig out procedures, mixing and pumping, pressure tests, plug drops, wash ups, final inspections, and clean up.
- Maintenance knowledge, mechanically inclined, and able to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and required paperwork.
