Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage and coordinate cementing operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Personnel Management: Mentor and supervise personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment and Materials Management: Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and managed, and that they are available when needed.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg., bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods.
  • Work Environment: Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions.
  • Availability: Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oilfield Experience: Possesses oilfield tickets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated continuous improvement.
  • Cementing Experience: Experience operating cement and bulk equipment.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience.
