Transformative AI-Powered Systems Developer

We're looking for a highly skilled Applied AI Developer to join our Genome team at Klick.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop advanced AI-enriched solutions within our Genome ecosystem, working from backend to frontend with full-stack development responsibility.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and assess feasibility, breaking down business requirements into actionable technical plans.
  • Leverage your expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering to craft intelligent systems that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to build cohesive, scalable solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

About You:

  • You have a passion for generative AI and a strong understanding of LLMs like GPT, LLaMa, and Claude.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down complex challenges into manageable elements and prioritize deliverables that drive the greatest impact.
  • You are a lifelong learner, always seeking to push the limits of what's possible and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and technology.
  • You have hands-on experience with Python, particularly for AI integration and prompt engineering, as well as a strong understanding of databases, backend systems, and frontend interfaces.
  • You excel in communication, able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
