Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Pho Hoa Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, planning and developing recruitment strategies, managing training and development strategies, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
