Director, Provider Experience Specialist

Job Summary:
The Director, Provider Experience is a key member of the Clinical Informatics and Provider Experience leadership team at Fraser Health. This role is responsible for leading the development of strategies for Provider Experience, overseeing the development, coordination, and implementation of initiatives and strategies for building a quality provider experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the strategic vision for Provider Experience services across Fraser Health, including the coordination of long-term strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure a provider-centric lens is advanced and supported in the design of clinical information systems and digital health solutions.
- Assess competency, including developing corrective learning plans in partnership with medical leadership.
- Manage and advocate for required budget and supports.
- Advises the CMIO/VP/ED on the strategic objectives and implementation of major projects.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Health or business administration, health information management or related field.
- Seven to ten years recent, related leadership experience in the health care sector including experience with electronic clinical systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

- Professional/Technical Capabilities: Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice and the roles of multidisciplinary health care team members within a patient and family-centred care model.
